Notice on data processing As part of the services, Novo Nordisk collects, processes, uses, stores and shares with other Novo Nordisk entities or with suppliers or vendors that assist Novo Nordisk (collectively “processes”), your PD (including but not limited to your general identification information, your function, your institution, your contact details, etc.) for the purposes of managing the relationship with you and to optimize services, as it is necessary for our legitimate interests, to ensure compliance with legal requirements, and to fulfil contractual obligations. We keep your personal data for the period of time relevant to meet the purpose of processing and to comply with local requirements, but not less than five years, and will delete it when no longer needed. You may at any time request an overview of all PD collected and processed and request correction and/or deletion of your PD. You may exercise these rights, including requesting us to stop or limit the processing of your PD by contacting nnuaeprivacy@novonordisk.com
